Claude Runs the Agents. Incept Runs the Governance.

Incept is a Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network. We build Claude agents that operate inside enterprise governance stacks: client-hosted, evidence-based, and never without a human in the approval chain.

[THE PARTNERSHIP]
Recognized by Anthropic. Grounded in Enterprise
Data Governance.
Incept is an Informatica Platinum Partner, with additional partnerships across Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, Alation, and the major cloud platforms. Membership in the Claude Partner Network means Anthropic recognizes Incept as a partner for delivering Claude-based solutions to enterprise clients.
What that looks like in practice: the agents are built and deployed by the same teams that have been standing up governance programs in regulated industries for years. Claude is the reasoning layer. The governance is ours. Neither works without the other.

[MODEL SELECTION]
We Chose Claude for
the Work, Not the Logo
Data governance is an unglamorous test for a language model. It has to read a schema it has never seen, call an API without improvising, produce SQL that actually runs, and say “I’m not sure” when it isn’t. Four things decided it.
Long-context reasoning over schemas and lineage.
A governance decision depends on its surroundings: upstream tables, downstream consumers, existing glossary terms. Claude holds enough of that context at once to reason about the whole picture rather than one column at a time.
Structured, instruction-faithful output.
A rule that isn’t valid SQL isn’t a rule. Claude adheres to an output contract closely enough that stewards spend their review time on logic, not on formatting errors.
Dependable tool use.
Our agents don’t answer questions. They call IDMC and Databricks APIs. Tool-calling has to be consistent enough to be operational rather than experimental.
A safety posture our clients’ risk committees can actually discuss.
When a life sciences CISO asks how the model was trained and what governs its behavior, Anthropic’s published position is a document we can hand over. That is not true of every vendor.
[THE ENGINEERING STANDARD]
Client-Hosted.
Evidence-Based.
Human-Approved.
Every Claude agent we ship is held to the same four constraints. They are not configurable, and they are not negotiated per engagement.
Colorful gradient
Claude never sees data it doesn’t need.
Agents operate on schema, profiling statistics, and metadata. Where record-level access is genuinely required, it happens inside the client’s tenant and under the client’s controls.
Colorful gradient
Every recommendation carries its evidence.
A rule arrives with the profiling result that motivated it. A classification arrives with a confidence score. Nothing arrives as a bare assertion.
Colorful gradient
The steward gate is not optional.
There is no configuration in which an agent writes to production without human approval. That is an architectural property, not a setting.
Colorful gradient
Every call is logged and capped.
Per-agent, per-domain cost ceilings are set before the first run. Every invocation is auditable after the fact.

[LIFE SCIENCES CLIENT]
3-5x
Throughput in a Governed Claude Deployment
A regulated life sciences client ran the Data Quality Agent against production data inside their own environment. Every generated rule passed through steward review before use. Throughput rose from roughly 8 rules per data engineer per month to 40-60, at an estimated AI cost of about $0.03 per rule. Single pilot. Results vary with environment and data complexity.

Frequently
Asked Questions
If you don’t see your question here, we’re always available to help. Get in touch to discuss your needs, explore opportunities, or clarify how we work.
What does “Services Partner” in the Claude Partner Network mean?
arrow up
It means Anthropic recognizes Incept as a partner for delivering Claude-based solutions to clients.
Can we just use Claude directly instead of going through Incept?
arrow up
Yes. Claude is available directly from Anthropic, and for many use cases that is the right answer. Incept’s value is the pre-built, governed implementation: agents already integrated with Informatica IDMC and Databricks, with the approval workflows, evidence trail, and cost controls in place. You are buying the integration and the governance, not access to the model.
Why Claude and not another model?
arrow up
Governance work rewards long-context reasoning, reliable tool use, and faithful structured output, and it punishes confident guessing. See “Why We Build on Claude” above for the full rationale.
Are we locked into Claude?
arrow up
The agents are architected with the model behind an interface rather than woven through the logic. Our Snowflake DQ accelerator is built on Snowflake Cortex, not Claude, for exactly this reason.
