Building a Strong Data Governance Foundation to Drive Healthcare Innovation in France

To align with its parent company's global data excellence goals, the client's French division needed to establish its own modern data governance and management capabilities from the ground up. The primary challenge was to create a robust, scalable data foundation that would foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, enhance data quality, and democratize access to trusted data for all users within the division.

Data Governance Foundation – Phase 1 (France)
This project marked the first significant deployment of Informatica CDGC within the region, serving as the foundational phase for a comprehensive data governance strategy. A dedicated team of experts was engaged to:

• Develop a Strategic Foundation: Craft and execute a robust, bespoke Data Governance Strategy tailored to the division's specific organizational goals and needs.

• Implement Foundational Technology: Deploy Informatica CDGC to establish the core infrastructure for advanced data governance and cataloging, propelling the division toward a new level of data management sophistication.

• Integrate Enterprise Data Quality: Roll out Informatica CDQ to meticulously enhance data quality across the enterprise, ensuring all data is accurate, timely, and actionable.

• Democratize Data Access: Launch the Informatica Data Marketplace as a centralized hub for data sharing, enabling users to effortlessly discover and utilize trusted data.

• Pilot Innovative Services: Evaluate a "Data-quality-as-a-service" model to test the scalability and usability of data quality services in a real-world context.
